This catering-size tub of pure roasted hazelnut paste is made from 100% hazelnuts. Use the hazelnut paste in cakes, ice creams, desserts, and chocolate truffle centres. Sweeten, or mix it with caramel to make praline paste. Fold the hazelnut butter into French pastry cream to make an unctuous filling for choux pastry.
