Description
The cast iron frying pan is hard-wearing and versatile. Sear seafood and fish, or to brown meat before adding to ragus and sauces. The pan will also go from hob to oven, so use it to make layered vegetable gratins, or to bake an American-style skillet cake.
Cast iron is a great choice for every kitchen. It reaches extremely high heats, and conducts evely – with no hot-spots!
