Alejandro mild chorizo ring is a smoky chorizo for snacking and cooking. This style of chorizo is a mix between cooking chorizo and cured chorizo, making it perfect for slicing and eating as it is, or using in recipes.

The pork meat is simply flavoured with paprika, salt and spices, then dried for 2 weeks.
