Clearspring organic brown rice vinegar is ideal for adding a gentle tartness to soups and sauces. The brown rice vinegar is also great in dips for sashimi.

The organic brown rice vinegar is a classic condiment from Japan’s southern island of Kyushu. The vinegar is slow matured according to a centuries-old method. This results in a full-bodied vinegar that’s not too sharp.

The vinegar works equally well in Asian and Western dishes. Shake straight over green salads for a little lift. Or blend with soy sauce and a little maple syrup, and drizzle over fried tofu, stir-fried beansprouts, or serve as a dip with wontons and spring rolls.
