Cool Chile Co whole habanero chillies are one of the hottest varieties in the world. Typically small and round in shape, the habanero chilli has wrinkly, burnt orange flesh, and while it rates 10/10 on Cool Chile Co’s heat scale, it is balanced out with tropical fruit flavours.
Use this powerful chilli as a marinade for fish. Wash and chop the dried chilli, then mix with chopped mango and lime juice. Leave to rehydrate and add to raw fish for ceviche.
