Description

The crispy snacks are made to a traditional recipe from Sfakia, Crete. They are typically served with hot drinks at weddings and baptisms.
Oat and raisin bites are a great addition to cheese and charcuterie boards. Their nutty, fruity flavour complements Cheddar, gorgonzola and goat’s cheese.
The bites are made with wheat flour and wholemeal oat flour. A splash of orange juice adds a subtle tang, while cinnamon adds a hint of spice.
