Description
This selection of traditional Spanish biscuits and pastries is ideal for sharing with friends. Made from wheat flour and ground almonds, the sweet treats are flavoured with either wine, cocoa, cinnamon or crunchy almonds. Serve these delicious sugar-dusted biscuits with tea and coffee after dinner.
The biscuits are individually wrapped and presented in a blue and cream hexagonal box – perfect for gifting. In Spain, they are known as polvorones because of their soft and powdery texture. (Polvo means powder in Spanish.)
