The De Buyer heat resistant polyglass spatula is ideal for mixing, scraping and folding any sauce, batter or mixture.
The polyglass spatula can withstand temperatures up to 220°C, so you can use it directly in hot sauces. It is also shatter-proof and non-porous, so it will stay in top condition no matter how much you use it.
The De Buyer heat resistant polyglass spatula is 30cm long.
Suitable for use with non-stick pans. Dishwasher safe.
