This professional non-stick stainless steel miniature brioche mould is the perfect mould for the individual classically shaped brioche à tête or brioche parisienne. This is the classically shaped brioche with the fluted base and a small boule or tête sitting atop.

Suitable for use in ovens up to 250 degrees celcius. Use only wooden or rubber utensils as metal utensils may scratch the surface. Not dishwasher safe.
