The rack holds your meat aloft for superior roasting results. Keeping meat off the bottom of the pan prevents it from sticking or burning. You can place herbs and other aromatics beneath the meat to flavour it as it cooks.
Roasting racks allow meat juices to collect in the bottom of the tin. This is your secret weapon for delicious gravy! You can also strain away any fat for a healthier meal.
