Natco’s extra rich coconut cream adds a richness to curries, lentil dishes and pina colada cocktails. This extra rich version has a very high percentage of coconut fat producing a creamy texture and added indulgence. This versatile store cupboard ingredient is very popular in vegan cooking – use it in place of cream or condensed milk when making Eton mess, cheesecakes or fudge.
This extra rich coconut cream is excellent in savoury cooking, too. Pair with peanut butter for satay sauces or stir through beef rendang curries.
Separation may occur naturally, shake the can well before using.
