Description
Scatter flaked almonds over creamy korma before serving, or rub a whole head of cauliflower with spices and bake whole, before topping with flaked almonds for the finishing touch. Flaked almonds are also delicious served with beef biryani. Use them in sweet bakes, or decorate the top of a cake with an elegant ring of flaked almonds.
