Description
Natco cardamom seeds are the hulled contents of cardamom pods – fantastic for seasoning curries, stir fries and rice with the signature cardamom flavour, with no need to remove the pods from the finished dish!
The small dark seeds are intensely perfumed, and work well in both sweet and savoury dishes. Try it in a sweet Indian rice pudding, or use in Middle Eastern stew. You can also use the seeds to infuse syrups, then drizzle over sponges for a sticky dessert.
Storage: Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, store in an airtight container and use within 6 months.
