Organic shiso and sesame furikake is a salty, nutty mix for garnishing rice, fish and salads. Furikake is a dry Japanese condiment, traditionally made with dried fish and seaweed. This version blends seaweed with soy sauce, organic shiso and organic sesame seeds for a gentle crunch and iodine-rich flavour.
Use this Japanese seasoning to garnish bowls of rice, sprinkle over grilled prawns or add a pinch to fried tofu.
