Here is a set of 5 high quality re-usable cloth filters for syphon coffee makers. The filters are the type with a hole in the center. They will fit quite a few brands of syphon/vacuum brewer. The type of filter set is made of two metal discs: if your filter looks something like the one pictured below then these are the replacement filters you need.
