Transparent soy sauce gives your food an umami depth of flavour, while keeping the original colour of the ingredients. Unlike dark soy sauces, this version has been made from distilled soy sauce giving it the transparent appearance. With a deep, rounded flavour, this soy sauce is perfect for seasoning seafood carpaccio and sushi.
This soy sauce comes in two sizes, 100ml and 1 litre.
