Description
This set of 2 patisserie brushes include a wide flat brush that measures 1.5” and a more slender one at 1” – they cover a breadth of baking, cooking and decorating jobs.
Use the brushes to glaze pastry pies with an egg wash for the perfect golden finish, or even to baste roasting meat such as chicken with roasting juices. You can also use the brushes to ‘paint’ BBQ ribs or kebabs with a sticky marinade.
The patisserie brushes are made out of wood and boar bristles.
