Fabada Asturiana is a hearty bean stew that originates from Asturias, a region of northwest Spain known for its mountains and rugged coastline. The main ingredient is the braised white beans which are flavoured with garlic and warming spices like paprika. The flavoursome stew also contains Iberian pork belly, chorizo and morcilla (blood sausage).

Made using an authentic Spanish recipe, this comforting stew is ready in minutes – simply heat and serve. It’s perfect for busy days when you’re craving a slow-cooked meal but don’t have time to make one. In Asturias, it’s typically served with cider and rustic bread to mop up the delicious sauce.
