Get the party started with a glass of Turdion Cava Brut Seleccion. Produced in Spain, it’s light and fresh with citrusy acidity. You can serve it as an alternative to prosecco and Champagne.
This superb cava is smooth and silky with fine bubbles. We love the intense aroma and crisp, refreshing finish. The pale yellow colour looks lovely in chilled flutes and coupes.
Cava is delicious on its own or paired with snacks before dinner. Serve it chilled with a selection of Spanish cheeses, olives and charcuterie. It’s great with seafood, especially oysters and grilled shrimp.
The acidity of sparkling wine is a great match for fried food. Enjoy a glass with cod tempura or salty padron peppers.
Turdión is a family-run winery in Catalonia’s Penedés region. With a legacy spanning 150 years, they are famous for their exceptional cava.
