Use ume roasted sesame seeds to top a bowl of rice for a nutty, slightly sour & fruity topping. The sesame seeds are roasted with ume (Japanese plums) and bonito extract. Try using the seeds to coat the outside of California sushi rolls, or to top homemade prawn toasts. The pink-hued ume roasted sesame seeds are also handy for decorating food in bento boxes.
