Valrhona Celaya liquid hot chocolate is a luxuriously rich and creamy ready-to-use hot chocolate drink. Even try blending the liquid chocolate into cocktails or coffee drinks.
Shake well before opening. Heat Celaya in a microwave using suitable container or by steam pressure. It may also be gently heated in a saucepan, stirring form time to time and without allowing to boil.

Ingredients: semi-skimmed milk, water, dark chocolate 50% cocoa minimum (cocoa beans, sugar, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract), cocoa powder, thickener: carrageenan. Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 5 days.
