Description
Yutaka’s panko breadcrumbs give a light, crispy coating to Japanese tonkotsu and katsu. The flakes are fantastic for deep frying, giving a golden hue and crunchy bite to anything from chicken to prawns to slices of aubergine.
You can also use these panko breadcrumbs instead of traditional breadcrumbs as a binding agent in meatballs and burgers, or gently toast the flakes and sprinkle over salads and noodles for extra crunch.
