Description
School of Wok’s flat based wok is made from carbon steel. It’s pre-seasoned so you can start cooking straight away. It’s suitable for all hob types, including induction.
The wok is available in two sizes:
- 27cm
- 30cm
Woks are ideal for high temperature cookery. The flat-bottomed design ensures even heat distribution. In addition to stir fries, you can use a wok for simmering and deep frying. Treat dinner guests to proper pad Thai or prawn tempura.

This wok is a collaboration between School of Wok and British cookware brand, Dexam. School of Wok is an award-winning cookery school in London. It was founded in 2009 by British-Chinese chef Jeremy Pang. The school specialises in Asian & Oriental cookery.
Wash by hand, dry thoroughly and lightly oil before storing to prevent rust.
